How do I filter text in a table?

Hi,
I have a table stored in a variable "L", in this table there is variable that is filled with text rows - ArticleTitle.
How can I filter the table by ArticleTitle so that it shows only articles that begin with "Analyst Ratings" AND contains PT in them?

Don't attach images; use text from command line instead, or attach a small set of the data itself.
As for the Q?
ix=startsWith(L.ArticleTitle,"Analyst Ratings") & contains(L.ArticleTitle,"PT");
L1=L(ix,:);
