ribbon plot with different variable arrays

I have some troubles plotting a data set using the ribbon plot function.
My data are organized in 3 arrays:
X=1621x10 double % these are x values, each row referring to a plot
Y=1621x10 double % these are Y values, each row referring to the same plot
Z= 1621x10 double % this is in the for of repeats of numbers from 1 to 1621, each 10 times. Each row should indicate the Z level of each of the 1621 plots
I would like to obtain something like this: --Thanks in advance for you help!
