Convert Text file to ASCII File

Hi,
I am trying to convert text file to ASCII file. I used "save" command for this conversion process but it doesn' t work due to the fact that first and second columns of text file are date strings. The third column is composed of data values. For example,
2010-10-18 13:11:37.140 0.009964
This is the first row of my text file. This text file includes such 107248 lines. How can I convert this text file to ascii file?

Unless you have issues with Unicode representation, or varying code pages, the file is pretty likely already in ASCII format.
