How to maintain values data rate ,Total bitRate ,size when writing ?

I have video file "input File.avi" with data rate 273kbps, Total bitRate 369kbps, size 726kB

When writing in "out File.avi " using vision.VideoFileWriter , data rate becomes 142290kbps ,Total bitRate 143702kbps ,size 205MB.

I want to maintain the values data rate, Total bitRate, size when writing.

Any assistant would be appreciated.
