Help regarding calculation of helicity based descriptors

Dear Experts,
I have exported values of vorticity and velocity from ansys cfd, can anyone help me regarding calculation of helicity based descriptors such as h1 and h2 in MATLAB? I am attaching the formulas. Here, Ti is time period, Vi is volume of fluid zone. v and w are velocity and vorticity vectors respectively.

h2 is a value which is calculated by the integration of v and ω. Values of v and ω are exported from the fluid zone of a geometry. I hope I've answered your query. The integration will give one value for the whole cardiac cycle/ Time period.
