Issues with generating a Simulink Data Dictionary Report using Simulink Report Generator: the specified entry is not present in the dictionary

When trying to generate a Simulink Data Dictionary report using the Simulink Report Generator, I get the messages below:

Message List:

In component Simulink Data Dictionary : The specified entry is not present in the dictionary

In component Simulink Data Dictionary Loop : The specified entry is not present in the dictionary

When I set the Simulink Data Dictionary "Sections to report on" to the setting below (i.e. no sections), the report is generated, although empty - as expected. What doesn't make sense to me is that I've Design Data sections as well as Configurations section in my Data Dictionary, so I don't understand why the generator claims they're not present.

I've tried running the same report with demo "sldemo_fuelsys_dd.slx" and have been able to generate the report successfully, so it appears the issue is related to my model specifically.
