There are two ways to achieve this
1) https://www.mathworks.com/help/compiler/web-apps.html. You can design a web app in the matlab app designer and host it using matlab web app server. Although this is only a good solution if you want to host the web app in an intranet.
2) https://www.mathworks.com/videos/how-to-call-matlab-from-python-1571136879916.html. Using this you can connect python to a matlab session and use the matlab model in python, which then can be integrated into flask or any other python based web app.
