How can I access and read 3D cell in may file

Hello, I have mat file with 1*41 cells , each cell has 8*200 elements ..

Is it consider a 3D matrix ,,, and how can I access to the elements ? Or Is there a way to convert it to 3D matrix?

If you want to access for example the 1st 8x200 matrix :

frames = {mm.FrameStack};
frame1 = frames{1} ; %this will be the 1st 8x200 matrix
