Question regarding Simulink diagram with two big closed loops.

I have two closed loops to draw Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) and a Unmanned Ground Vehicle (UGV) using Simulink diagram. I separately generated diagrams for UAV and UGV. Basically, UAV tracks UGV while UGV drives on the ground.
The problem is that the timing of drawing UGV is not same with the timing of drawing UAV on a same plot. Speed of drawing UGV is much faster than drawing UAV, so it results UGV drives all the way until simulation time is up while UAV is still near the original position.
I would like to draw one by one, that is, draw one UGV plot and one UAV plot at one time step. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
A figure shown in the following address describes overall block diagrams. http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10151243017093889&set=a.10150636883693889.397114.628253888&type=1&theater
