Merging the data from two software in MATLAB

1 次查看(过去 30 天)
I am doing a Michelson Interference experiment where I am using Thorlabs NRT150 stepper motor (as a measure of path-length difference) which uses Kinesis software and Avalanche Photodiode which uses ID800 TAC (to record the intensity of light) in the experiment. Since the data from both of the stepper motor and TAC are correlated, how can I plot a graph of intensity recorded using ID800 TAC on y-axis and distance moved using Kinesis software along x-axis?

What does your data look like?
You might find this post helpful (synchronizing GPS data and Lidar data). This post contains some additional information.

Data from the TAC is directly read in graphical form (intensity versus time form) where I am unable to extract the data value of intensity at every time in csv form, while the Kinesis software just reads the distance a translating stage moves when a particular velocity is set.
Above two posts provide the information where the data is already extracted in excel file. But I did not find the option of extracting the data values from both of the TAC and Kinesis softwares.
