"I want to perform fourier analysis" is an extremely vague statement. Try asking your question again, but this time be very explicit about what you want.
- Describe precisely what your data set looks like (e.g., what data format and size is each of the 45,000 pressure signals? how are different signals collected together?).
- Describe also precisely what you want the output of this exercise to be (e.g., are you wanting to see plots of some kind? if so, what kind? what about descriptive statistics?).
- It would also be good to be precise about what you already know how to do, and what you don't know how to do, so that people can give you more useful answers.
