Dicom 3D rendering with greyscale

Hi,
I would like to visualize "correctly" my 3D matrix made of DICOM files.
My matrix contains greyscale value, but I only managed to use patch(isosurface(Volume)) to render the volume...
What I have ? My 3D volume colored with set(patch, ...)
p = patch( isosurface(v,0.5) ); % v = my 3D matrix
What I want ? My 3D volume with greyscale colors
I dont see how I could be more clear since my previous question has been locked
