the lowpass function is not supported by matlab coder, how do I make something that will do the same function and be supported by matlab coder?

If you have the understanding of the underlying algorithm for Low pass filter, then you can start implementing in MATLAB.

Make sure, the functions that you use internally in that algorithm are code generatable by checking the bottom of their documentation page.

And after you have a MATLAB script that can perform low pass filter, you can generate the code using MATLAB Coder in your preferred build type.
