Color detecting and clasification with convolutional neural network

I need to detect a colour (blue and yellow colors color for example) in different images using a convolutional neural network. And region or regions with that color or colors in images to be emphasized by bounding boxes.
I know theoretically that I have to create a convolutional neural network, to train that CNN and then to add some test images to test the CNN.
But I don't have any idea to do that at all.
Please help me to understand how to do that.

Refer to Getting Started with Object Detection Using Deep Learning & Object Detection using Deep Learning. If you don't have the labeled data already then you might use the Image Labeler app, refer to Get Started with the Image Labeler.
