how to costrain variables for ga optimization

Hello, I'm perfoming an optimization using the gamultiobj but I'm not able to force my variables to follow the inequalityies :
x1<x2
x3<x4
x5<x6

[0 0 1 -1 0 0 ]
[0 0 0 0 1 -1 ]
b = zeros(6,1);
