hi,this easy to get the eigens of the system u can make m.file with the same name of the model as attached and after simulation u run the m-file to get the eiegns of the system

Not sure if this works for SimPowerSystems models, but in general, you can use LINMOD with the 'v5' algorithm to linearize a Simulink model with the perturbation technique.
