fill inside an object in binary image

hi i have an binary image that i need to fill inside the object in image if i use imfill function it cant fill the image http://rapidshare.com/files/2046992248/img.tif i use background subtraction code and extract the foreground but the core of fire dose not have moving so it cant recognize it? the main frame is in this link http://rapidshare.com/files/536109931/msub.tif the boundary of the detected area is not cursive so imfill cant fill it do you have any idea for filling the inside of object?

When I try to download/view the image I get a "Download permission" error. Can you post the image elsewhere (tinypic or similar)? Without an image that we can view, we will be of limited help.
