From the documentation:
Length — Dipole length
2 (default) | scalar
Dipole length, specified as a scalar in meters. By default, the length is chosen for an operating frequency of 75 MHz.
There are also references on bottom of the page for dipole

Thank you for your answer, so the calculation of dipole length is based on half-wave dipole, right ?

I have no clue about antennas, from the documentation:
d = dipole creates a half-wavelength strip dipole antenna on the Y-Z plane.
