Increase visibility level of geobasemap​('topograp​hic')

Hi everyone,
I'm working on a graph that displays the topograhy of a particular zone. I used geobasemap('topographic') and it works correctly. However, I plotted some information above the topography using geoscatter, so the lines from geobasemap('topographic') are not visible. I used 'MarkerFaceAlpha' for geoscatter in order to increase the transparency but for my purpose, I need to display the information without transparency. Is it possible to increase the opacity of geobasemap('topographic'? Or is there a way to display the information as I need?
