How to crop face area from sequence image in some folders and save those sequence cropped face both in .jpg frame and .mov movie file?

I have sequence frame image with located in the different folder directory as follows;

How to read those image sequence and crop the face area only from those image, then save them into sequence image frame and movie?

F:\FaceDataset\A\

001.jpg

002.jpg

003.jpg
