Is there a way to uninstall standalone executables after installing them on a user's computer?

After I package my executable as a Windows standalone application in deploy tool, I can install it on a users' computer just fine. My question is, how do I uninstall the standalone executable? The standalone program does not appear in the "programs" list that appears when accessing the "add/remove programs" tool from the Windows "control panel". Is the standalone executable even officially installed by Windows standards?

It's not one regular installation, the files are all contained in the same folder so just delete them.
