My Matlab EXE file is slow when I running it

Hi,

I have built a Matlab .EXE file using MCR by compiling several codes that have written with different UIs.

When I running it outside Matlab environment as separate software, it is very slow.

How can I make it fast while running? Is there anyway or any chagne the codes to make it run quickly?
