One way:
windowSize = 7; % Bigger number = more smoothing.
smoothedSignal = conv(noisySignal, ones(windowSize, 1)/windowSize, 'same');

A few options would be to use filter() or conv() or a for-loop.
Or you could purchase the CFT :)
