HI, I want to train Neural Network using Bat algorithm

You forgot an h: Batch algorithms. All of the help examples use batch training. Those algorithms are defaults. Therefore start out with codes from the help examples which use default parameter values.
Then change them, one at a time, if necessary. For example
help fitnet
help patternnet
help narxnet
