They did not plot those graphs. They got those images from a research paper and their question was which MATLAB functions to use to create similar plots.

streamline: https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/streamline.html
Isotherms would be https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/contour.html
and I think isonanconcentrations would be as well.
