Sending ERP Event Codes using Cogent 2000 in MATLAB

Hi All,
I am currently designing an ERP experiment using Cogent 2000 within MATLAB. However, I can't find any direction on how to send event codes/triggers from Cogent to my EEG recording software. Any hints?

Hi Andy,
I happened to find your comment when I was searching for a solution to a problem similar to Garon's. I am using Matlab and Psychtoolbox to run my experiment and am now looking for a solution on how to send EEG triggers to Neuroscan. Any chance you could help me with this?
