dat.file to excel to matlab contour

Hi,
I have transfered a dat file onto excel (attachment). I have my x,y and z coords in columns B,C and D. The z coords are the levels. I am struggling to plot this on a contour. The contour is supposed to look like the example attached. It's a pressure distribution on a wing. Any help would be much appreciated.
