As you are refering to the logic circuit, I think Ideal Switch and Switch block can be used as a power circuit breaker.
In case of the "Switch" block, the first and second input is passed to the output based on the value of the second control input. To use it as a circuit breaker, third input can be made to the 0 state.
Refer to the documentation on Circuit Breaker which is a single-phase circuit breaker that uses an external single and phase current information to break an electrical circuit.
