I want to increase the precision in Matlab to 64 or 128 bits after the decimal point, is that possible?

I need high precison so 16 decimal point which format long gives me isn't enough.
I need highest decimal point which enables in Matlab.

Use the Fixed Point toolbox, or Symbolic Toolbox.
Are you certain that you need that much precision? Are you counting the number of elementary particles in the Milky Way Galaxy ?
