Hi! How can I get T wave offset values from an ECG data file? (and maybe other parameters)

Is there any function or toolbox I can use? The ones I find never sett T wave offset.

The data file as 250000 values for ECG voltage from a participant.

And I apply those functions in which conditions?

This is not at all a straightforward problem!
