How do I use igesout to export as a body instead of a surface?

I created a NURBS surface and extruded it to form a body. My purpose is to convert it an .iges file and import this iges file into ABAQUS.
But ABAQUS imports this iges file as a shell. I used igesout.m from the File Exchange. I learned that iges entity for a body is 186 (Manifold Solid B-Rep Object), while igesout.m has Entity Type 128 = Rational spline surface.
Could you guide me to overcome this problem?
