"s" in Numerator in First-Order Filter

Hi, I need to implement two SVF filters in my Simulink model. First one is pretty easy: and i used First-Order Filter block. Second one is: so it has only "s" part in numerator added but I don't know how to do this. In block parameters there is an option for highpass filter but it has T in numerator and what if i want, for example .
