i donot understand your point. if this is about asking for ready to use code i clarify you that is not my need. i just want to understand how can i GIVE A SIGNAL AS INPUT TO THE FIGURE. and HOW I DEAL WITH THE DELAYS.
And a basic question that using matlab and C-language algorithm what is the difference in viewing(imagine) the signal.

Are you working in simulink, or matlab?
r = [zeros(1,number_of_delays-1) value1 value2 value3 .... ];
for k = number_of_delays:numel(r)
y(k) = f0*r(k) + f1*r(k-1) + f2*r(k-2) + f3*r(k-3) ... ;
end
