Model a CVT from fundamental equations using standard simulink blocks

I have prepared a model for HEV using mathematical equations for all components using standard simulink blocks, however not able to find appropriate equations to model a CVT. Please help

there are online literature available
for e.g basic kinematics can be found in the link below:

The following paper also describes the modeling of CVT in MATLAB/Simulink

You know that SImulink library has several lookup table blocks.
Here is the nice tutorial how to employ and set up look up tables of Simulink:
