how to add 4D matrix in row

I have 3 Matrix set
A = image(5,4, 3 , 100) , image size (5 by 4), 3 channel, 100 samples
B = image(5,4,3 , 150)
C = image( 5, 4,3, 200)
How can I add these 3 matrixes to generate D = image(5,4,3, 450) ?

By "add" it looks as though you mean concatenate. If so, then
D = cat(4, A, B, C)
