Simulate the given code in simulink

Can someone help me how to simulate this code in simulink? I dont know how to use simulink. So step by step procedure would be enough for me to figure it out.

From my understanding you want to simulate above code in simulink. For that your can have a look into MATLAB Function Block. Also you can use Simulink Data Inspector to vistalize your data in simulink.
