Hi folks,

I have an app where the components are scaled appropriately for my screen, but not for others of a different (smaller) size.

Is there a way to automatically scale all components of the App to fit the screen, whilst preserving the relative positions of all components?

Select Auto Resize Children from the property inspector (see screenshot).

It's also worth your time to read through other options for resizing apps in the documentation.
