How to embed the sound into movie/avi file?

Is it possible? Or there are third-party tools/scripts?
1. Let's a sample with duration 30 sec (only wav-format as created within MATLAB) 2. Let's a movie-object with 30*30 frames (at the count of 30fps) 3. It's easy to make avi-file (movie2avi command and so on)? but... it will be soundless
And how to add audio??
P.S. I see a script "mmwrite" -- http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/15881-mmwrite -- but this implicit original movie someway read.
