Problem 1682. Make a list string

Given a cell string, produce a string separating the items with spaces and commas and with an 'and' preceding the final item, and ending with a full stop.

Input x = {'apples' 'oranges' 'pears' 'salmon'}

Output y = 'apples, oranges, pears and salmon.'
