The resilience coincides with the elastic region in the figure below and is calculated as the area under the stress-strain curve up to the yield point. Given that the elastic region is presumed to be entirely linear, this area is a triangle. Write a function to calculate the resilience of a material provided its elastic strain and yield stress (yield strength).
