The Matlab project is to write a script that lets the user draw circles on a figure and detects if the most recent circle

drawn intersects any of the previously drawn circles or is inside any of them. If it is, then the new circle should be drawn

in a new color. For each circle, text will appear near the circle's center indicating the circle's area.

The user should be able to draw each circle by clicking on the plot to select a center for the circle and then selecting a

point on the circle's perimeter. If the circle intersects a previously drawn circle, then the color used for the new circle should change to a new color.
