FLASH YOUR MOOD
Learning to IDENTIFY and LABEL emotions is a critical step toward cultivating emotional intelligence. This App helps people to develop the core RULER skills: Recognizing, Understanding, Labeling, Expressing and Regulating the Emotions by exposure to light.
FEATURES:
  • This app will help you to become more mindful of your emotions and how you can regulate or maintain the mood with the exposure of light and thus balance the chemical hormones.
  • The app will enable user to understand the hormones secreted by a particular emotion and its overall impact on the functioning of the body.
  • The app enables the user to identify high/low or pleasant/unpleasant energy which can be improved with the help of Color therapy.
