REFRAME(I,R,B) applies PADARRAY to subregion, R, returning an image with the dimensions of image, I.

This function is meant to work with the MatLab image toolbox function REGIONPROPS and expects the following inputs,
I is the original image supplied to REGIONPROPS
R is a label region 'image' returned by REGIONPROPS
B is a boundingbox returned by REGIONPROPS

REFRAME(I,R,B) applies PADARRAY to the label region 'image',R, returning an image with the dimensions of the original image, I, restoring the original spatial context of R.

The behavior of REFRAME can be modified by additional options which are specified as propertyName/propertyValue string pairs.

Options:
NAME / VALUE
-------------------
'padval' --scalar value, or text string:circular,replicate,symmetric; passed directly to PADARRAY (see padarray help file for details).
