ALWAYSONTOP
ALWAYSONTOP adds a pushtool to the figure toolbar for the "Always on top"-option.
ALWAYSONTOP(hFig)
ALWAYSONTOP('auto')
adds the pushtool to the each new created figure automatically.
ALWAYSONTOP('remove')
remove the automatically adding of pushtools to new figures.
