A simple plotter for hydrological "duration plots", price-duration curves, or other ranked data against empirical probability.
Apart from doing the probability axis, it provides a convenient means of controlling the output format.
Optionally it is possible to partion time-series data by its month number or by calendar month.
Coded with the Matlab Input Parser object so should be pretty easy to adapt.
