Updated the documentation & windows binaries, some minor fixes

- Started a FAQ
- Smaller parser errors fixed

Bugfix: Comments directly before "end" tags broke the parser.

Increased postprocessor robustness. A parser error does no longer cause the overall postprocessing to stop

- Now also parsing Event Access modifiers
- Small bugfix in MatlabDocMaker

- 'Abstract' class modifier allowed
- Quotes for access modifiers (e.g. 'private'

Updated submission to current working version with license-related updates

After long correspondence with Roland M now finally fixed problems with windows platforms.

Fixed a bug that caused latex build errors on Windows platforms due to the wrong file separator in the doxygen-tag EXTRA_PACKAGES

- Fixed the 'AbortSet' issue reported by Catalin Lupu
- Allowing multiple line default values in property comments
- no more "couldn't resolve reference to dw" errors
- smaller fixes
