Reading Multiple Files of Multiple/Same extension in a folder

This code helps in reading multiple files, that may be of same extension or different, for further operations. for example reading directory containing templates of characters OR reading directory containing templates of cars/number plates/ faces etc. OR reading a folder containing files of multiple extensions. specially files whose name are complex or not in any sequence.
