For all the Nike+ users go to your Nike+ Dashboard, click on "Runs" and look up at the address bar for your userID (its an 8 - 10 digit number).
Add Nikeplus to your path
you can invoke the API/web interface by running:
'NikePlus('userID').
you will also need the xml_parse function also available on the FIleExchange.
It does a simple 3D scatterplot of all your data (Calories per Minute vs Calories per Mile vs Duration)
and colors.
It will also prompt you to save the scatter data in xlsx format, so you need Office 2007+
