Particle Point Analysis

This program allows one to load an image and select points on that image for further analysis. It also allows one to load a set of xy data (csv, column format) to perform similar operations.

Calculations included in the program include common correlation functions (pair correlation) as well as order parameters. Both the xy data and the correlation functions can be saved in csv format.

The program also includes to the particle locating algorithms developed by John Crocker and David Grier, for automation of feature positions. The features can be particles, pores, spots, etc.
