Sort Pixel Coordinates
Sorts border pixels of a closed shape in a clockwise or anti-clockwise manner.
Given the pixel coordinates of the border of an arbitrary shape, this program can sort it in a clockwise or anti-clockwise order regardless of it being 4 or 8 connected.
